Rifò

Rifò

Tuscany in Italy is home not only to the famous slow food movement, but also to Rifò, a slow fashion movement that combines fashion, the circular economy and traditional craftsmanship.

The name Rifò comes from the verb rifare, which means remake or redo. Rifò is based in the Tuscan town of Prato, where it aims to make everything as local as possible.

Rifò's core idea is to produce quality clothing and accessories made entirely from recycled fibres collected from Prato and its surroundings.

Rifò believes that it is still possible to offer handmade Made in Italy clothing, made as it was before.

Rifò is reproducing a recycling method adopted by local craftsmen over a century ago. Rifò is a home-grown company and strongly committed to continuing the tradition. Rifò makers want to respect tradition, make responsible clothes and give back to the community in which they were born.

Rifò's range includes versatile clothing for women, men and children. The brand also offers a responsible lifestyle range for the home, such as towels and tablecloths.

Rifò believes in the good, which it wants to share with others. People, emotions, traditions and a more sustainable world that belongs to everyone. In small ways, everyone can make a difference.
