About Product Delivery
The fashion brands on IVALO.COM operate as independent merchants. When you buy a product from IVALO.COM you buy it directly from the fashion brand. Thus, the fashion brand delivers the product directly to you, with no extra warehouse or other middlemen in between.
If your order has several products from several fashion brands, you receive more than one package.
Shipping Fees and delivery times
The fashion brands operate as independent merchants on IVALO.COM. They send the orders and define delivery times by themselves. Therefore, the delivery times at IVALO.COM may vary.
The shipping fee is 5,99€ in the following countries:
Finland, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Free delivery for orders over 200€. You will always pay only one shipping fee, even if you’re buying from multiple brands.
Custom Duties
Most of our brands ship their products from EU countries. If a brand delivers from outside the EU, the brand is responsible for any customs costs. Please do not hesitate to contact info@ivalo.com if you have been contacted for any reason about products subject to customs duties.
Order status and delivery tracking
If you have not received a confirmation that your order has been shipped or you didn't receive any tracking number with the shipping info via email or the tracking number is incorrect, please contact us at info@ivalo.com.

All brands on IVALO.COM ship to Europe.
Multiple brands in the same order
You will always pay only one shipping fee, even if you’re buying from multiple brands. Products will be shipped from different locations directly from the fashion brands, so you will receive them as multiple shipments.
Canceling or changing the order
You can cancel the order before it is sent to you. In this case, please contact us at info@ivalo.com.

Address accuracy and address corrections
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. Please double check the address before confirming your order.
If the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, and the carrier (e.g. FedEx) needs to locate or correct the address during transit, an additional fee of 9 € per shipment will be charged to the customer afterwards. The fee covers the carrier's address correction service and related handling.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, IVALO.COM is not liable for the delay or non-delivery. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund issued to the customer.
If you notice you have provided an incorrect address, please contact info@ivalo.com immediately. We will try to correct the address before shipment, but once the parcel has left the warehouse, address changes are at the carrier's discretion and the additional fee above applies.
Full Return Policy
IVALO.COM has a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive the product. The product must be unused, re-sellable, and in its original package. Custom-made products and gift cards are an exception and you cannot return them or get a refund.
If a returned item is used, damaged, soiled, or in any way altered, return may be rejected. Please check the products you receive before trying them on. If you receive a defective product, please notify our customer service before returning it.
Please notice that some underwear sold on our website can't be returned for hygiene reasons. You can find this information on the product page before placing an order. All returned underwear and swimwear must be unworn and have their hygiene strips in place. Please only try on underwear on top of your own underwear.
Returning product(s) costs 5,99€/order. Even if your order includes products from several brands, you will only be charged one return cost per order. The payment will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a product return reduces the total order value to below €200 (the free shipping threshold), the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you want to make an exchange, please place a new order and return your original order.
Only buy if you love it, as loved fashion lasts. However, if the product is not what you expected, follow the instructions and return the product.
