Elin Mohlander founded Residus in May of 2016 with a vision to make fashion more sustainable. She was soon joined by Evalena Jonsson, a longtime womenswear designer, who shared the same passion to create high quality, purposeful garments that could withstand quick-moving trends. With decades of experience in the fashion industry, they combined their genuine interest for circular fashion and sustainability to begin a journey leading the industry in a more environmentally-friendly direction. The initial collection dropped in April of 2017, consisting of twenty feminine and functional dresses.
