Lovia is a Finnish accessory brand whose operating concept is based on using waste material.

Lovia was born from the realization of its founder, Outi, that she could no longer continue as a designer if she didn't find ways to solve the problems of the fashion industry. Lovia wants to offer an alternative to unethical production and overconsumption.

Lovia's operation is based on rescuing waste materials instead of producing new ones constantly. No trash is born in Lovia's production, all resources can be utilized again.

Lovia is a pioneer as a zero-waste company. They have already been around and known for a decade, for example, for using fish skin in its products as a manufacturing material.

The fish skin produced as a byproduct of fishing and fish farming is processed and handcrafted into timeless design bags. Lovia also uses cutting waste from sofa production as a manufacturing material.

In addition to bags, Lovia makes beautiful jewelry, which has been seen a lot for example, at Finnish public celebrations. The inspiration behind Lovia's designs is represented by the Kainuu forests and folk traditions' practicality.

Lovia has announced a transparency concept that truly reveals its products' carbon footprint, materials, factors, and pricing.
