SHIO
Shio is a one-woman fashion store based in Berlin. Shio founder and designer Kate Pinkstone sews all the clothes in her in-store studio. Shio specializes in beautiful and easy-going women’s clothing.
Kate takes the chain of responsibility seriously and uses natural materials in her clothing that have been carefully selected and sourced from Europe. Shio garments are made from eco-linen, organic cotton, and recycled cotton, among others. Transparency is important to Shio and Kate wants the buyer to have access to all possible information about the clothes she is purchasing. Shio strives to both do good and make its customers look good.
The delicious colors in Shio’s collections can be either the basic pillars of your wardrobe or individual stimulants. Linen that feels wonderful is a great choice for warm summer days, for example.
Shio wants to design clothes that fit its customers, which is why Shio offers the opportunity to order its products tailored to your specific measurements. When you order a garment from Shio, you can separately ask Kate to convert the dimensions of the garments; this is handy, for example, if you get “between two sizes”. Kate will then be able to make the product you ordered. This is to ensure that you get the right end-of-life clothing just for you.
