Arriving from Galicia, Spain, Nowhere (NWHR) is a sustainable streetwear brand created for people free of prejudice. NWHR rejects superficiality and avoids focusing on differences between individuals, instead celebrating each person’s and wearer’s uniqueness.
NWHR was founded due to Yago's negative experiences. In his previous work, Yago witnessed firsthand the uncertain conditions under which clothes are produced in Southeast Asia. The harsh reality of the garment industry sparked his desire to create his own brand; thus, NWHR has been operating since 2019.
The aim of NWHR is to be a fun project for its creators—a means of sharing their passion for nature and adventures with friends. The project serves as a reminder to slow down, sometimes leave the city, and enjoy the small details that often slip away in our busy lives.
NWHR produces its garments locally in Spain and Portugal. The brand doesn’t encourage frequent wardrobe changes; instead, it promotes finding favorite pieces that celebrate individuality—whether in the office or on mountain trails.
NWHR acknowledges that 100% sustainable fashion doesn’t exist. However, it believes in a responsible way to make clothes, creating a better future for both garment makers and the planet. The pursuit of goodness and continuous improvement is, in itself, a source of inspiration.
For the brand, “Nowhere” signifies everything that makes us free and brings us happiness.
