Can I buy a gift card for IVALO.COM?

Yes! You can make a gift card purchase here.

Just select the desired amount, add it to the shopping cart and confirm the payment. You will receive additional information about the gift card by e-mail. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the time of purchase.

Can I cancel an order that was just placed?

Contact our customer service regarding the cancellation request. We will forward the request to the brand and if your order has not been sent yet, the brand will confirm the cancellation to us. After this, we can refund the funds you spent on your order.

Can I cancel an order that's already on the way?

We cannot directly cancel your order that has been sent by the brand. If after receiving the products you still don't want to keep them, you can return the products by following the IVALO.COM return instructions.

The item that I ordered is faulty, how do I proceed?

Contact our customer service. In cases of complaints, we would kindly ask you to also provide a picture of the broken product / the defect that appeared in it. This way, the further processing of the matter with the brand is much smoother.

In cases of complaints, include the following information in the email.

  1. Order number
  2. The name of the product
  3. Picture of the error
  4. Do you want a new product or a refund?

We always forward cases to the brand in question.

Do you have some sort of warranty for the products sold on IVALO.COM?

If you find the ordered product to not be of quality or it's quality has deteorited a lot in short amount of time, contact our customer service. In cases of complaints, include the following information in the email.

  1. Order number
  2. The name of the product
  3. Picture of the error
  4. Do you want a new product or a refund?

We always forward cases to the brand in question.

Complaints are always processed on a case-by-case basis and the expected lifespan of the product will be taken into consideration as well as the brand’s own procedures regarding complaints.

I found a nice shirt on the brand's own website, but it's not on IVALO.COM, can I still order it through you?

Only products that can be found on our website can be ordered from IVALO.COM. If you see a product that you have found on the brand's own website and missed it on IVALO.COM, do not hesitate to contact our customer service on the matter. We will definitely inquire from the brand if the product could be sold on our site as well.
