How to use the returns portal?

Go to our Return portal site here, and you will be met with an overview like this. Insert your order number (found in your order confirmation after the # symbol). Add either your e-mail, post code or phone number that is in the order.
If you want to return items from different brands, please make a separate return request for each as they are shipped in different packages.
Next, you will need to click from the drop-down box, that you wish to return the product. Once you’ve selected it, the “Next” button will show up active and you need to click it to go further.

After that you will be forwarded to select the return reason. Again, once you’ve selected the reason - the “Next” button will appear active and you need to click it.
After this you will see a summary of your returned items. Once you click “Next”, the system will start to generate the shipping label for you to use.
Once the request is done, you will be sent an automatic e-mail with the label attached. Sometimes these type of messages with attachments go directly to your e-mail provider’s spam-folders, so kindly make sure to check those as well.
If you do not receive a message about a successful return request and the return is in manual processing, our customer support team will get back to you on this matter as soon as possible. We handle these manual processings each working day.
