Iris Hantverk pan/vegetable brush. Ideal for cleaning potatoes and other root vegetables. Its shape also makes it ideal for cleaning stuck-on dirt from steel pans and uncoated pots.
If you maintain the brush regularly, you can use it for a very long time and it will age beautifully. Occasionally wash the brush with dishwashing liquid and warm water and let it dry bristles down. Oil the wooden parts with paraffin oil.
