Sointu skirt is made of 100% cotton satin, so the fabric has a slightly shiny surface. The skirt has a comfortable elastic waist and side seam pockets.
Sointu skirts are part of a range of products Viljava has made from their surplus fabrics. Viljava wanted to minimise fabric waste and this resulted in the earlier Frilla skirts with stretch, and the latest designs Kaino (jersey) and Sointu (cotton) skirts and Solmu scarves.
