NAKU is a jewellery brand from Helsinki. The pearls and beads in their jewellery are either upcycled or repurposed. To improve the durability of the jewellery, NAKU uses gold-plated silver in their clasps, chains, pins, and hooks and gold-plated copper in their earring hoops.
NAKU's production works on a made-to-order basis. This avoids product surplus and waste of materials or other resources.
The majority of NAKU's packaging materials are made of recycled paper, including shipping bags, labels, stickers, and cards. Naku's envelopes are made of FSC-certified paper.
NAKU's jewellery has received amazing feedback from its customers:
"The most beautiful earrings in the world”, “what a piece of art!”. The jewellery is particularly beautiful, but at the same time every piece is more than their external nature - they tell their story.
Naku was founded by Mikaela Lindfors and Gillan Suvisaari. Each piece of NAKU jewellery is individually designed and manufactured in Finland. In addition to its constantly evolving collection, NAKU also offers unique jewellery made from customers' orders.
