Katakana is a syllabary in the Japanese language. Katakana is sometimes used for writing animals and plants names. In a Japanese manga, katakana is also used to write the expression outspoken in a non-standard voice. Because of this, our name YO ZEN, a play on words in Finnish also, adapts easily to its katakana version. The graphic shapes of the syllabary inspired us to use its beauty in our jewelry. The jewel is suitable for use with a variety of outfits because of its simplicity. The jewelry makes a statement and is low-key at the same time.
Details
Earrings are made of birch plywood with laser cutting. The hooks are surgical steel that does not darken over time. Statement earrings are lightweight and therefore comfortable to use. The hook ends should be squeezed closer to each other when taking the jewelry in use. You can also use metallic earring backgrounds to keep the earrings from falling. Please note that the shade of wood may vary due to the characteristics of the natural material. Measurement picture of the earrings can be found in the second product image.
We recommend storing and carrying accessories in the box. The veneer jewel parts can be lightly cleaned by rubbing with a soft eraser.
All of the YO ZEN jewelry are designed and manufactured in Finland.
