When boarding to Beijing why not challenge Chinese customs with our Unspeakable B Hoodie. There is nothing better than dreaming of that Walmart boy yodeling, while snuggeling in that generous hood on an overnight flight.
The hooded sweater comes in a loose oversized fit with bold embroideries on both sleeves, left side saying Shanghai Tofu 上海豆腐, right side Niubi sǐ le 牛逼死了.

Backstory to the 牛逼死了 embroidery:
Niubi si le stands for knowing exactly what you’re capable of. It’s a lifestyle, a complete lack of concern over what other people think of you, and the resulting freedom to do whatever you please.
It is believed that the word Niubi became an adjective in the late 19th century by an imperial accident. Literally translated it means cow pussy (pardon our french) but is used as “awesome, badass, fucking cool“.
Whereas Niu refers to the animal, Bi itself is such a taboo word that most people don't dare to write it – thus unspeakable B.
Sǐ le intensifies it further, translated as “to the point of death”.
Shanghai Tofu is a Chinese-inspired fashion and accessory label founded this fall by the Berlin based sisters Lina and Inga Zangers. Each piece of the collection provides wearable design objects with a mischievous twist bridging gender and generations. The style of the pieces is shaped by Chinese and French elements that merge together into a surprising friendship. Selected accessories produced in Europe are the result of the sisters gathered inspiration from trips through China and France.
With the „FORBIDDEN TASSEL EARRING” and the “JE NE SOY QUOI BERET”, the Zangers sisters start their first foray into the fashion scene. Using high-quality materials such as silver and gold as well as certified virgin wool, Shanghai Tofu delivers timeless cosmopolite slow fashion bites instead of fashion fast food.
